Swim meets are run solely by volunteer help. It takes 20-30 adults to run a home meet. You are responsible to fill 2 shifts per child, with a maximum of 5 shifts throughout the regular season. We also need additional shifts filled during prelims and finals and will be asking all parents with kids who are attending these meets, to volunteer a shift.

If you are volunteering for the first shift of the day, it is important that you are at your position 15 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Check in with the Volunteer Coordinator prior to taking your position. The jobs require minimum explanation. Stroke Judges and Starter/Referee are the only positions requiring clinic attendance ahead of the start of the season.

Volunteer Positions
